Data Deletion

• Inventory items — delete items one at a time, or select several on the Manage page and delete them together.
• Your spreadsheet link — removing the configuration on the Settings page unlinks the sheet and stops the sync. Your spreadsheet, your items and your column mappings are left untouched.
• Marketplace connections — disconnect eBay, Whatnot or Cardmarket from its widget page. The tokens we hold for that marketplace are deleted, and the sync to it stops.
• Card data services — switch off the card APIs you no longer want, and remove any credentials you entered.

To delete your account and everything stored with it, email surfwareltd@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm we have received it, then carry out the deletion.

This removes:

• your account and sign-in details;
• your inventory items and sold records;
• your spreadsheet link, tab choices and column mappings;
• your settings, postage brackets and widget preferences;
• all marketplace tokens and API credentials you stored with us;
• your sync activity log.

We complete account deletions within 30 days. We may keep a minimal record where the law requires it — for example tax or accounting records, or a note of the deletion itself. We keep nothing else. Data in our routine backups is overwritten on our normal backup cycle.

Deleting your account here does not delete anything held by the marketplaces or services you connected. Your Google Sheet, your eBay listings and orders, and your Whatnot and Cardmarket accounts are theirs, not ours:

• Google — revoke the app's access from your Google Account permissions page to stop any further access to your spreadsheets.
• eBay — end any listings you no longer want live, and revoke the app's access from your eBay account's connected-applications settings. eBay also provides its own account-deletion process for closing your eBay account.
• Whatnot and Cardmarket — revoke the app's access from your account settings with them.

Ending a listing or revoking access on the marketplace side does not delete your local inventory records — use the options in section 1 for those.
